UPdate! He got it! $2,000 per illegal alien child. All you need is a TIN to file for it. so that family of eight will get 16,000 per year for their kids. Go team!

$1100 a child is not enough. For an illegal alien family with eight children, that’s not even $9000 dollars. Illegals get paid this even if they pay ZERO in taxes. We pay out 56 BILLION a year for these free money for illegals credits. the child tax credit only requires a TIN not a social security number. Any illegal can ask for a TIN it’s like no biggie.

The IRS erroneously paid out an estimated $15.6 billion in Earned Income Tax Credit payments in fiscal year 2015, according to a Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration report.

By raising this to $3000 as Rubio proposes, that illegal invader family whos husband works under the table mowing lawns, will receive a payment of $24,000 a year while paying ZERO in taxes!

No social security number is required to claim this money.  It’s a Win-Win!

Obama’s executive-amnesty orders extended EITC eligibility (retroactive to the last three tax years) to the so-called Dreamers and their parents. It’s a proven recipe for bamboozlement. Illegal immigrants using individual taxpayer identification numbers have scammed another refundable tax-credit program, the Additional Child Tax Credit, to the tune of $4.2 billion a year, according to tax watchdogs. Average ACTC monthly payments to eligible families are about $1,800. Average EITC monthly payments to eligible families hover around $3,000. Just this month, an illegal-immigrant con artist from Honduras pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the U.S., conspiracy to commit money laundering, and illegal reentry by a previously deported immigrant after the feds uncovered his $11 million EITC racket. His main partner, another Honduran illegal immigrant, is on the run.

Additional Child Tax Credit. The Additional Child Tax Credit is refundable which means you can receive a refund even if you do not owe any tax. However, to qualify, you must have at least $3,000 of earned income or have at least three qualifying dependents (additional criteria applies) or be “looking for work” (uhm, yah riiiight!)

Other child-related credits include the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and the Child and Dependent Care Credit. Like the Additional Child Tax Credit, the EITC is refundable which means that you can receive a refund even if you do not owe any tax. However, in order to qualify for the EITC, you must have income from working or running a business. Similarly, the Child and Dependent Care Credit is only available to those parents who work (or are looking for work)

These refunds were so abused under Obama one address in Atlanta filed for 400 million in “refunds” and got paid! Obama ordered the IRS NOT to investigate fraud if the names were hispanic.
