- Once the company has completed this training at its company-owned locations it will make the it available to its licensed partners.
- The company is working with the Anti-Defamation League, the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund and the Equal Justice Initiative, among others to create the program.

Now the CEO is apologizin and the manager has been moved to another facility. At least he didn’t get fired for daring to make the blacks angry. Johnson, said in an interview with ABC’s “Good Morning America” that what happened to the men was “wrong,” and that he wanted to meet with them personally to apologize. “I want to .. show some compassion and empathy for the experience they went through… and to find a constructive way to solve this issue”. Starting this week, Starbucks has launched the “Come Lounge With Us Without Buying Coffee” program, where each person is allowed to stay all day and treated like a paying customer even if they are not. “Profits do not matter” said a analyst, “What is important is the message and image of the company. Millions of Lefties buy overpriced coffee believing this is a progressive company. Letting inner city blacks reside in our comfy chairs as long as they wish without spending money is a step forward for the company, even if paying customers no longer can find a seat. He said that the company was reviewing its guidelines, which can differ among its 28,000 stores worldwide, and that it would invest in unconscious bias training. “It’s called unconscious bias cause youse guilty and raciss even if you never thought nothin raciss.” said diversity coordinator Tamera Washington.
