Not too smart stealing a device that’s got built in Low-Jack, but hey, it was a plan in the frizzled out neurons low IQ black ghetto thuggie. Sadly this is the future as Europanics are taxed to death, can’t afford kids, and all their money goes to raise Dontavious and MarQuetious. Marquaevious (how do you spell this cluster fuck of a name?) had no fear pulling a gun at 3:30PM in busy downtown Atlanta. It’s a chocolate city, so most likely he’ll just get off. They know that 17 years old is the CRIME and THUGGIN age where they can pretty much go for it and get off scott free. Will they try him as an adult and send him away for 20 years? Hardly, he’ll get a chocolate pass it’s chocolate city just like Chicago. He we get the Sumllet treatment most likely and he knows it, which is why they are totally brazen about crime.

Of course a year later at 18 they know the rules change. That’s why the wilding all takes places with mostly 17 year olds. Their last gasp at free criminality all supported by taxes.

A 13-year-old and a 17-year-old are facing charges after police said a group of teens stole electric scooters at gunpoint near a busy Midtown intersection Tuesday afternoon.

A member of the Lime operations team told police he was staging the scooters for use on West Peachtree Street near the North Avenue MARTA station when he was approached by three teenagers about 3:30 p.m. They offered to pay the man if he activated the scooters for them, Atlanta police spokesman Officer Jarius Daugherty told AJC.com.

“The victim refused and at that time the suspects presented a handgun,” Daugherty said in a statement. “The victim advised that he then complied with the demand and activated scooters for the suspects.”

The teens rode away, but officers were later able to track down two of them using the scooters’ GPS technology.
