When the DNC Debbie Wasserman Schultz argued that indeed their server had been hacked from Russia, not Seth Rich who was murdered, was she covering up her connection to the murder?

Now it appears so. By refusing to allow the FBI to examine the server EVER, the FBI simply took CrowdStrikes report that concluded the RUSSIaNS had hacked the server, and then stamped it as true with all 17 intelligence agencies.

Conservative Treehousenotes: “This means the FBI and DOJ, and all of the downstream claims by the intelligence apparatus; including the December 2016 Joint Analysis Report and January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment, all the way to the Weissmann/Mueller report and the continued claims therein; were based on the official intelligence agencies of the U.S. government and the U.S. Department of Justice taking the word of a hired contractor for the Democrat party….. despite their inability to examine the server and/or actually see an unredacted technical forensic report from the investigating contractor.”

Clapper and Brennan lied to push a narrative that wasn’t at all true.

The entire apparatus of the U.S. government just took their word for it…

…and used the claim therein as an official position….

…which led to a subsequent government claim, in court, of absolute certainty that Russia hacked the DNC.

Think about that for a few minutes. –Conservative Treehouse

The Russian hack was in fact a widespread “fishing” attack. There was zero evidence to tie it back to Russia. And it may not have been directed at the DNC, they were just dumb enough to fall for it.

Johnston had seen this particular piece of code before, back when he was at the Pentagon. So it was easy to recognize this nemesis. He knew who had sent it by the telltale signatures. “This was APT 29,” he said. Later, when he had spent more time analyzing the DNC hack, he would come to believe that the Democrats had been compromised by the same blast of 50,000 or so phishing emails that had breached the computers of the Joint Chiefs.

So at the end of the day we have routine phishing going on, DNC people being stupid and falling for it, and then suddenly its “Russia”.  But in fact, where is the evidence tying the phishing SPECIFICALLY to APT 29 which is not a virus, but in fact, simply a hacking group?  It includes the Russian hacker cells known as Fancy Bear and Cozy Bear, APT28 & APT 29.  And these groups of hackers are they even Russian Government or are they just hackers?

So let’s amend the CrowdStrike report thusly:

A group of hackers

who might be in Russia, but might not

who might be the Russian Government or might not

used a common pfishing attack which the DNC staffers were dumb and fell for

which might not have been how the DNC emails were passed on to Wikileaks

So there’s basically ZERO evidence of Russian Collusion. Got it?
